Ordering

- While browsing through our site you may purchase a product by clicking on ADD TO CART, this will add the specific item(s) to your order, Items may also be removed at this point.
- When you finish shopping, click "checkout" or "shopping cart" and then click "check out'.
- Fill out all of the information on the checkout page and click continue. You will have the opportunity to add a different shipping address.
- After the transaction is completed you will receive a confirmation message, you can now return to our homepage or continue on to the web.
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation with an order number. Please save the order number in case you need to contact us.
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday it will be processed the next business day.
Back Orders & Out Of Stock Items
Blazewear Distributors stocks all items listed on our site. It is possible for an item to be out of stock. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order and given the option to change or cancel your order.

Blazewear accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards and PayPal. Alternatively, you can call us toll free at 800-999-2121. We do not recommend sending your credit card number via e-mail. We do not accept personal checks, traveler's checks, money orders or cash.

Blazewear Distributors is currently using a weight based shipping system within the United States and Worldwide.
Warranty and Return Policy
Blazewear Distributors strives for your complete satisfaction on every purchase. Blazewear products are warranted from manufacturing defects for a one year period after purchase, If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason other than manufacturing defects, please contact us, via e-mail at info@BlazewearUSA.com or call 800-999-2121 within 15 days of purchase or 15 days after presenting an item marked as "gift" for return authorization and instructions. 15 day returns must be in new condition and returned with tags and packing materials. If we have made an error on your purchase we will arrange for its return at our expense. Three-day shipping fees are not refundable unless the product was shipped incorrectly, damaged, or defective. Overnight shipping fees are not refundable. If you purchased a Blazewear product from a source other than Blazewear Distributors, please contact that company for their return policy.
Insoles or socks cannot be returned after the package has been opened except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Replacement or refunds will be processed as quickly as possible.
