Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I spoke with a human being inside of one minute. My wife ordered a pair of Power Max heated gloves for me to use when its cold out to wear when I ride my motorcycle. New out of the box the fit was perfect, the only issue was they were missing a little plastic grommet on the end of a string that holds the cuff snug. The only purpose of this piece is to hold the two ends of string together, it had no affect on the function of the glove. I was transferred to a voicemail and figured I would never hear from anyone again. Less than 16 hours later (John I believe) called me, apologized (he actually seemed to care judging by the inflection of his voice) Blazewearusa sent me a new glove ASAP! The gloves work great! We live in Oklahoma the land of the gusting wind, 36 degrees outside at 70Mph for about an hour and I could still feel my fingers thanks to these gloves. Buy them you will not be disappointed!
